3. Forward lunge with bicep curl - this exercise is good for the upper body and the lower body as well. You hold a dumb bell on each hand; take a few steps forward for that much needed lunge, then, curl dumb bells together. Return to the first position and lunge again. This is to give you those sexy arms and legs you have been wanting to have.
